The Challenge website is flooded with photographs, paintings and other artistic creations illustrating the theme of “Cosmic Infinity,” a concept where hair has no limitations and artistry no reservations. Always on the hunt for “what’s next,” Sebastian fans and a panel of fashion gurus will assess whose talents deserve international stardom, and subsequently, who will receive the grand prize to attend New York Fall ’12 Fashion Week.
