Thank you, Women’s Health Magazine, for the wonderful article about Christabelle’s Closet!
I love nothing more than a great deal on gorgeous clothes and accessories. And I’m sure many of you would agree with me! That’s why I’m stoked to tell you about Christabelle’s Closet, an online designer resale boutique that brings the prettiest tops (Malandrino, Alice + Olivia), sexiest dresses (Herve Leger, DVF), and tons more designer duds to folks (like me) who can’t afford to buy the stuff for the full retail price. The site, which relaunched last week, now features hundreds of items and a iPhone-friendly interface so you can shop anywhere! Dangerous.
Cristabelle’s Closet is the brainchild of Christina Carathanassis, a New York City beauty and fashion guru who collects clothes from the closets of socialites, celebs, and high-powered executives and then resells them on her website for up to 80% off the original price (on a recent visit, I spotted a $200 BCBG dress for $35). If this sounds a little EBay-ish, well, it’s not: The goods you’ll see on CC are guaranteed authentic and in excellent condition, and are current styles you’ll actually WANT to wear.
On the flip side, if you’ve got a closet full of high-end loot you want off your hands, you can consign with Christabelle’s Closet and make money for your unwanted stuff (there are lots of guidelines and rules that apply…check them out on the site).
